A great place for a kids party, worth every penny to be able to walk in and out with no cleaning or preparation!
The facility is clean and well staffed, plenty of parking. Great music, good food and drink selection.
Our party hosts, Ame and Charlotte, were so sweet and helpful with the kids. Nothing I asked for was a problem!
My daughter and her friends had a brilliant time at her 8th birthday! So much fun! Our party host was disappointing however, nice but didn't engage with the children at all and wasn't around very often. Wasn't worth the extra cost for a party host when my husband was the one doing most of the entertaining. Food is average.
Good variety of games but most are quite expensive. My only disappointment is that it is hard to find staff to serve you for the Timezone section. But when you do find someone to help they are very quick to fix a jam or reload your card.
The venue is accessibility friendly and you can play most games easily. Parking is great as it's under the Dee Why RSL.

Used to love coming here. The bowling lanes are no longer conditioned to an appropriate standard, disappointing after considerable upgrades.
The approach to the lane (run up to bowl) was sandy and too slippery to play safely and competently.
The staff have overlooked any functional cleaning and maintenance, the concern of the business appears to be selling alcohol and party driven instead of recreational bowling.
Disappointed.
Attended a birthday party over the weekend and absolutely can’t recommend enough. Party hosts, Brooke & Ame were both incredible! So kind and patient with a bunch of rowdy 10 yo boys! Both a huge asset to Zone Bowling!
Unfortunately, over the past month, I've had three instances where I encountered different staff members displaying rudeness, significantly diminishing my overall enjoyment. The consistent experience of encountering discourteous behavior from various individuals is disheartening and leaves me questioning the overall atmosphere at Timezone. This is particularly disappointing because the facilities themselves are great.
Perfect venue for a 12 year old boy's birthday event. We took the 2-hours bowling package with 20 minutes use of the arcade games, and a 600ml bottle of drink for $29. The boys had tremendous fun, and we followed up with a more "peaceful" dinner in the RSL next door.
All staff were really helpful, and when our bowling lane broke down they were quick to fix it up.
It's not somewhere for a quiet chat and a drink (though you can get a glass of wine or a beer there), but was exactly what the boys enjoyed. 10/10
Alexa and Lilly did a wonderful job of hosting our party for sat malik 3feb. Terrific service thank you very much! The kids and parents commented on how well it was run.
